We all know we should eat a healthy varied diet but why?

Vitamins and minerals play a huge part in the body's development and repair. I will be going through different vitamins and minerals to give you a bit more of a insight into them.

Today is vitamin C, you can get vitamin C from foods and juices such as orange, strawberry and broccoli. It plays a massive part in helping the body heal and to help with the efficient absorption of iron in the body.
